Types & characteristics for Lead-free Solder

Lead-free Solder

We have studied every aspect of lead-free solder, including solder alloy selection, solder paste evaluation, wave solder flux evaluation, process optimization, design rules, component evaluation, reliability, equipment evaluation, quality, inspection and test, and cost.  Since early 2000, we have been in volume production with lead-free solder.

Our Pb-free solder exhibits the following characteristics:

- good performance in wettability and solderability
- high mechanical properties
- low dross performance
- low oxidation rate
- longer pot life as Pb and Cu are drossed out easily
- no lifting of solder joints is observed for plated through hole applications

You can get the best result during the process of electroplating by using our lead-free Alloy.  Our solder alloy outperforms conventional SnPb solder in terms of quality and reliability. This Pb-free solder alloy is available in the form of solder paste, solder bar and solder wire.
